About Yuva Saarthi

Yuva Saarthi is a container-based rural Electric Vehicle (EV) mobility and digital service model designed to be deployed at the Gram Panchayat / Nyay Panchayat level. The initiative integrates EV charging, solar power, digital services, fintech access, livelihood generation, and ease of doing business into a single rural hub.

What We Establish at Each Panchayat

  • Container-based EV & Digital Service Centre (800–1200 sq. ft.)
  • 2 × 3.2 kW AC EV Charging Stations
  • 3.2 kW Rooftop Solar Power System (Hybrid)
  • Digital Service Desk for citizens
  • Large LED Digital Display for schemes & advertisements

Beneficiary-Based EV Enablement

Each Yuva Saarthi Centre supports local livelihoods:

  • 🚲 3 Electric Scooty Beneficiaries
  • 🚖 1 L5 Electric Auto Beneficiary

Priority is given to women, rural youth, SHG members, and unemployed individuals, with complete support for loan facilitation, subsidy guidance, registration, and training.
