Yuva Saarthi is a national-level electric mobility and youth empowerment initiative working across States and Districts to build EV charging infrastructure, EV fleet entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods.

We invite passionate, mission-driven professionals to join us as State Coordinators and lead implementation at the state level.

Position Title

State Coordinator – Yuva Saarthi

Location

  • State-specific (within allotted State)

  • Extensive field coordination across districts

Engagement Type

  • Full-time / Contractual / Performance-linked (as applicable)

  • Field + coordination role

Role Overview

The State Coordinator will be the key nodal person responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of Yuva Saarthi activities at the State level, in alignment with Central guidelines and organisational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination

  • Coordinate rollout of EV Charging Stations & EV Fleet franchises

  • Act as liaison between Head Office, District teams, and Franchise Partners

  • Support site identification, approvals, and onboarding

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coordinate with:

    • District administration

    • Panchayats / ULBs

    • Banks / NBFCs

    • Local institutions & partners

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety norms, and branding guidelines

  • Review MIS reports, financials, and compliance documents

  • Conduct periodic field inspections and audits

Training & Support

  • Facilitate franchise orientation and operator training

  • Provide handholding support to district coordinators & franchisees

  • Escalate issues as per escalation matrix

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • Preference: Management / Engineering / Social Sciences / Rural Development

Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years in:

    • Project coordination

    • Government programs / CSR / Development projects

    • Infrastructure / Mobility / Energy sector (preferred)

Skills Required

  • Strong coordination & communication skills

  • Understanding of field operations

  • Basic financial & MIS understanding

  • Comfortable with digital tools (Excel, email, dashboards)

  • Willingness to travel extensively
